Well, I didn't expect that move from ya, mate! I though you were going to just share the honey with your Pokémon, not everyone else! Well, we can always employed either the patented Flashback! technique, or we can ask Iron C&P his post, delete mine (After I save a copy), then roleplay those vents out. Ventus would be more than happy to share in the honey happiness, so this is an event I don't want to miss!

He invited Shiva along as an apology, and we're on this camping trip to bond with each other, so why wouldn't he share the honey?

Well, I though of something that might work to without employing flashbacks or retcons: just have the Honey sharing event in the morning as a way of enjoying the last of their camping trip, and a reward for all that hard training. It would also put everyone in a better mood when it is inevitably tanked by Corsage's corrosive presence!
