Is the game still in development? I usually don't play fangame project that are not complete, but this one seem legitimately epic! I might have to REALLY compile a list on Pokémon fangames in the future...

Yup, still in the works.  They're taking their time, but it'll be done eventually as long as they keep their heads down.

Some others to watch for are Pokemon Sage and Pokemon Phoenix Rising.  And then there was another one that had Lugia as the mascot and was a community effort, but I don't know as much about that one right now :/

Sage is deep underground right now, unfortunately.  Subreddit is private.  Phoenix Rising's isn't, but they're rather quiet about what they're doing for the most part, with the occasional update here and there.  Azurite is by far the most active of the three.

It's sad to see that Uranium and Prism getting C&Ded has killed off any and all news from a lot of these fan games, and completely killed others (like Temporal Oblivion, which Emdasche had contributed a little too for the Gym Leader theme. Speaking of which, he also helped a little with one of the Admin themes for Azurite...)
