Essentially, we are far more likely to run into a Zap Cannon user than an Inferno one. Great... Your Porgon learns that move (Albiet at a high level), so that is....4-5 Lethal moves you can get your hands on eventually? Nathan is shaping up to be quite the killer, eh?
