Maybe a custom Hold Back option that simply debuffs all their Pokemon? Still probably wouldn't be allowed in League-standard matches, but wouldn't be a crime.
Like a team wide Menmto? I say that would be cool, if it's allowed in League matches/frantic situations. You are shaking a mon in exchange to massively hinder the opponent, and it's not garentee to set their will to zero/totally nerf them into the ground.
