That's kinda funny how the region is based off of PC language, could I just change the language and catch something and it would be foreign when I switch back to english?

Dunno, I never tried that. As far as I know, that's not how it works. You could still try it out to see by yourself, however.

hmmm i seem to have evolved all of the 6 iv ones with good natures, but i have a pretty good one left. He's perfect except for special defense which is at 27, and it has +attack -special attack for it's nature. i could also give you a 6iv magikarp if you like. Idk if it makes more sense to use the online lobby or the GTS, but incase you need it my ID is 133850. Thank you very much if you are able to help me with this
