And is said to be able to communicate with the dead and summon pokemon from the shadows. Sounds to me like he prefers to use Ghost types. And with behavior like that, I'm not surprised everyone living outside Corsage dislike him. I was also told he's a good person, though I guess few non-residents ever see that side of him..."
