Most of the tension is being weeded out little by little, thankfully.  I think the only real issue left (aside from the slandering Nathan thing) is the whole 'killing pokemon' thing.  Which Ventus is working on (slowly, but it's being worked on.  I think.).

I want make it clear that Ventus will never entirely stop killing ( wild )  Pokemon , mate . Apsis still needs to feed , and any dangerous Pokemon that poses a substantial to the group or to his own person/family  will be summarily slaughtered unless he is given a logical reason not to, or If killing said creature would do more Harlem than good. 

He 's going to be ok with Houndour , for instance , because he believes that Nathan will have it under control. If it acts too far out of line , though , Gen will get twitchy...
If a wild Pokemon use a Lethal Damage move at ALL without sufficient provocation in his eyes ( He trying to kill it instead of capturing or train aagainst it ) , it will be put to death in most cases. He would have snapped his Stunky 's neck for using Night Slash if it had not been Shiny , and the only reason he did not confirm Rattattas death was it would have killed his friendship with everyone.

What s happening is that my character is learning not to directly involve killing Pokemon in front of the group , or try to reason it out with them instead of deciding to kill something straight up . JHes also going to try and be less..  nintense about his reactions , as 'he's learning that causes just as much problems for everyone as kill I g the Pokemon in the first place. eLess bloo.d thirsty hate filled murder torture and eice cold blood killing , and more calmly taking said Pokemon to be quickly and painlessly ' euthanize ' .

eWell , most of the time . Ven has his triggers like everyone else ...
