I believe Raphael would be willing to give Azurill a ride , if you ask them too . They are a kind hearted soul , so they would not feel put upon at all if you suggest this ! Perhaps being around Togekiss will make the blue fuzzball even happier ?

Good point there! @Iron, does Azurill feel confident enough to do aproach Raphael and ask if she can fly on his back along the way?
