Personally, I quite liked the addition of Felicia.  Sure, there's a lot to her, but there's a solid explanation for why she's so special in the first place (she was specially bred for being a house cat, and wasn't wild at all originally).  And being the only character in the campaign so far, I appreciate the additional character interaction so this isn't just a bunch of 'go here and do this' orders.

Also, she knows FOUR ? cost moves.  Punishment, Hypnosis, Amnesia, and Assist.  

I would agree that she does feel a lot more like a Plot Device pokemon with how much she does, but I'm fine with that.  With how hard this campaign is going to be, I'm probably going to need it.

Also, Reiner might be getting a nice benefit from bringing in such a rare Persian (who's willing to go on top of that!), but let's also keep in mind that this is his mission and nobody else's at the current point in time.  And being a Team Rocket Grunt, any advantage he can get, he'll likely take.  (Also, he wouldn't have even known about Felicia if Emily hadn't tipped him off about her, so there's also that)
