Accuracy: 3 Dex + 5* Fight + 1 Brawl - 2 Actions = 7 D6
Damage: 3 Strength + 3* Power + 1 STAB = 7 D6 Base
Effect: +1 Priority. Target Flinches if it connects. (So Mew's losing its first action no matter what! Or its second if it out priorities Felicia!)
Screech
Accuracy: 3 Dex + 5* Fight + 1 Canalize - 3 Actions = 6 D6
Effect: Lowers target's defense by 2
'Weavile, you're the next big play! Taunt Mew and prevent it from becoming more dangerous or crippling us! I'll buff you with an X Defense as well!'

Mega Evolution
Arbok gains +1 Strength, Dexterity, Defense (unless it's Vitality instead in this campaign? You never did comment on my reasoning for the Mega Evolution stuff), and Insight, becomes Poison/Dark, and has the Petrify Ability. His Initiative becomes 10 because of the Dex boost.
Petrify
All foes' Dexterity is decreased by 1. Mew's Initiative becomes 10, and goes after Arbok because Arbok has 4 Dexterity to the 3 Mew is using (iirc from the ruling on that earlier). All of Arbok's attacks gain an additional 2 D6 Flinch chance.
Acid Spray
Accuracy: 4* Dex + 4 Fight + 1 Canalize - 2 Actions = 7 D6
Damage: 4* Strength + 2 Power + 1 STAB = 7 D6 Base
Effect: Lowers target's Strength by 2 if it connects. 2 D6 Chance Dice to Flinch.
Coil
Accuracy: 4* Dex + 4 Fight + 2* Intimidate - 3 Actions = 7 D6
Effect: +1 Strength, Defense, and Accuracy
