"Gastly, dive down into the water and retrieve Nathan's berry. And support his Joltik if Joltik wishes to slip beneath my lattice and apply a dip to that burn of his."
Chuckles rings a bell, and the servant from earlier comes in with refreshments, including fancy sports drinks for the Pokemon.
"I'm afraid I cannot revive a fainted Pokemon, not in ways you'd consider pleasant. But this will help nourish your brave fighters who survived the battle conscious."
"Here - the Poikilite Badge! It improves the nimbleness of Pokemon (Dexterity) in a process similar to that of a Mega Stone, strengthened by your bond with your Pokemon." He hands you a glittering navy-colored badge, shaped like a sailor emblem and speckled with holographic mineral. Side by side, you notice the two badges are slightly different based on the location of the embedded minerals.
"Yes, every badge I give out is different, just as no two battles are the same, and no two Pokemon!"
"Misdreavus learned to use a wand all on its own. It was a surprise to me as much as to anyone, I believe. Perhaps all mage Pokemon could learn it with enough training, but I do not know."
You each get $500 for winning, and the badge! +0.5 Dex.
Let's see...Zamboni was worth 12XP, Chuckles is a bit harder given his item restriction and strats. I'd say each of his Pokemon is worth 6XP, x3, so you each get 9XP to divide among your Pokemon. As trainers, I enjoyed your banter with this dour leader, so take 1XP, +2 XP for teamwork. So each trainer gets 12Xp total
Valder gets 1XP for roleplaying during the fight.
