Emily gave you a small smile at your declaration of that mean old douchebag's days being numbered (You can only hope so, anyway), another bone crushing hug when you agreed to shelter her for the time being (Your Ribs!) , before nodding her at your offer of getting a fresh change of clothing. While her current dress was no longer a gory article caused by Archie's vengeful crusade, she reeeaaaallly didn't want to stay in them any longer than she had to. It felt like she was wearing a dress to her funeral, or like that scary girl from that movie she watched on a dare. Brrr......
The girl took her pallet of clothing and went behind the curtain helpfully provided by Lilith, with Felicia and Mew following after her to guard her from that side. Wigglytuff trotted over and took his positon as guard from the other side, puffing up in size to ward of any scevy prevent or malicious attention. No one was getting past him, and he would stake his life on it! Again! You took the liberty to clean up the scene with both Kingdra's help and the bleach provided by them earlier, and had the chance to change into your own parcel of clothing if you wish. Once everyone and everything was taken care of at the 'murder' scene, you escorted her back to where Smeargle's body layed, and you were correct to assume that the body's condition had gotten worse. I won't go into detail, because less said is better!
She almost vomited at the sight of her beloved friend in such a state, but she swallowed down her bile, flipped to a new page of her bloodied art (thankfully dried into a non-sticky mess), and began the task of sketching Smeargle's memorial portrait. Checking in on her every now and again, you noticed that her artwork had suddenly improved tremendously , to the point that it was starting to remind you of that Ninetales painting Archie showed you earlier. You are not sure whether or not Mew's powers of creation gave her a sudden boost to her natural talent, or that her grief was the catalyst for this development, but it was damn impressive work regardless. After 30 minutes , she completed her friend's portrait, before turning around and quietly showing you it. "What do you think, mister? Did I...did I do a good job with this? I...don't want to mess this up, so please be honest with me, mister..."
The picture showed a simple scene, but it was all the more poignant for it. It depicted Smeargle in exquisite detail, resting against a Dogwood tree, surrounded by a field of wild flowers. They were resting, eyes closed with a couple of apple cores surrounding her, belly nice and full. Altogether, it was nice, peaceful picture, and it showed them as Emily wished: Happy and content in her life...and death.
She quietly hustled to your side, and watch unflitchingly as Arbok and Kingra melted and cleaned up the gruesome corpse of her cherished friend, gripping your hand tightly the whole time. They then lead you to her house, a rather plain apparent suite in one of the many towers that dotted Celadon City, and lead you to meet her parents. She introduced you to them as her best friend and savor (Garning a some raised eyebrows and apologetic looks for your shake...at first), before she immediantly launched into what happen to her today. Suffice to say...they almost had a total meltdown, and threatened to call the police several times about this, but both you and Emily (Using both your natural and unnatural charm) to convince them to let you and your 'friends' handle the situation. They were quite obviously unhappy with this plan of, but they instinctively knew that this situation was so far over their head, they wouldn't have even recognized it had they not been informed, and so gave their blessing for you to take care of their daughter for the time being.
"Protect her with your life, you got it? I don't EVER want my sweetheart daying young again, you hear me Reiner? I don't care if your some top notch trainer, if a hair on her head is harmed, I'll hunt you down myself," he father said, before kissed an hugged his daughter good-bye, along with her mother, and watch you two leave for the Pokémon Center. Upon arrival, you escorted her to your personal room the center (Reserved for you by Giovanni, just for this mission), and instructed in whatever ground rules you had for staying here (if any). She agreed, and went straight to your bed and passed out, with Wigglytuff marching over to her side and resuming his duty as bodyguard.
And here you are, watching Emily recovering from her danger wrought and extremely traumatic day, peacefully dozing under the sheets.
It is now Tuesday Dusk. All encounters listed earlier are still available, but Erika has not returned. You do see two of prime pickpocket targets (An AceTrainer and Private Investigator), which you can also challenge to a battle if you wish (Both are Moderate Level Encounters, and have a $2000 Poke Reward, along with 1 Pokémon from each). The Light stand is now open, and the Tamayaki Stand has begun a sale to get rid of remaining food before closing shop for the day.

Like the wind, I come and go as I please... but I am always there to provide a comforting breeze.
