(She only laughed because Ventus laughed and she didn't wanted to hurt his feelings! Neither does she want to hurt Nathan's feelings or embarrass him. In fact, she finds this whole thing a little questionable, but is hiding that very well away from Ventus' empathy.)

Unfortunately, Nathan doesn't know that :/  And if Shiva's hiding it from Ventus, then she's also hiding it from Kirlia, so it's rather unlikely he'll know that unless Shiva tells him herself...
