So out comes Kingdra before Blastoise can react!  

"Kingdra, do us all a favor and use Smokescreen.  It's time we left.  Well then, I bid you adieu, vigilante."

Kingdra pops out of their ball at your command, and spews out a wretch cloud of black soot, totally obscuring the Blastoise and Mitchell's vision, and preventing them from seeing Reiner or Kingdra at all in the black haze! However, the boiling hot Scald shot still manages to impact Kingdra before you could get rely you orders to Mew, inflicting 5 Damage and a Burn on them! 4/9 HP, - 2 Pain .

Your divine partner in crime is quick to response once she receive your message, though and pings you with the details of what will happen! 'Alright, but don't say I didn't warn you, Reiner! Its going to take all my concentration and some of your willpower to pull this off safely and successfully, so get ready for a instant Teleportation! 3...2...1...GO!'

Teleportation Escape (Not the move Teleport, since she doesn't know it and its not applicable in this case anyway!)
Cost: 1 Willpoint and Exhausting Mew (You can do without the Willpoint or Mew giving it her all, but then I start adding in REALLY bad scenarios to the success table...let's just do it this way, eh?)
Accuracy: Insight (2) + Knowledge (2) + Channel (2) - Specific Destination (2) +/- Your mental condition (0) [Can be raised by Calm Mind, Turbo, X-ATK, and similar substances, and lower by Pain, Alcohol etc. , Status and similar maladies] = 4D6
Success Table (Default) :

1 - Get Teleported high up in the air or buried alive. You will likely die without outside intervention.
2 - Limb/Organ gets spliced and you get teleported to a non-lethal (But still unfavorable) location, causing you to lose it and take a appropreite amount of Lethal Damage. I will roll a 1D20 to decide what is lost, and their are no mitigation factors.
3 - Get Teleported to unfavorable location (Instant Hard Level Encounter or get caught in a Bad Situation ) , forcing you to resolve it before getting moving on to original Destination. It will also take an Encounter after said bad event to get to the Specified Location, so you lose 2 Encounter Slots overall.
4 - Get Teleport to a favorable but distant location that will take an Encounter to get out of to the Specified Location, on top of whatever is happening there. You can choose to engage in the events there, but that will take on another Encounter Slot. 1-2 Encounter Slot cost.
5 - Get Teleported close to where you want, so it won't take an Encounter Slot. However, there is a chance that something is going on that COULD take up your time. 0-1 Encounter Slot cost
6 - Actually get teleported exactly where you wanted, with nothing bad/interesting happening to divert your attention. Nice!
7+ - You don't get teleported where you want, but somewhere better! Extremely rare, and almost impossible, but hey, it happens!

Modified Table: Everything is bumped down by 1 for each Willpoint you are willing to spend, and/or burning out Mew for the day. 1 Will Point will get instant death off the table, but Splicing is still possible, while 2 or more will start removing the all purely bad options.

(4)(4)(6)(5) You are very very lucky!

In a flash obscured by the Smokescreen, you are teleported to Mew's side in your private room in the center. Upon your arrival, the psychic kitty's eyes roll into the back of their head, and they pass out, unable to be used for 2 Encounters. You also lost 1 Willpower Point, but you arrived to your intended destination, safe and sound! Thank your partner!

You and Kingdra gain 2 XP for surviving the encounter, and getting away safely.
