The creature is pretty willful for a simple Grass type! But those lines about Birds - not possessing any, and not wanting them to reach it under cover - this all combined to make Cherubi hop into Shiva's cupped hands. The smaller, nutritional ball pulses, and grows rapidly as green energy flows from the withered bush into it. It withers and nearly vanishes, leaving a small dead patch in the grass too.

That's a strong Leech Seed!

Cherubi's skin is firm and cool on her palms. It keeps sneaking glances skyward now.

Whoah! Whatever that Cherubi performed there, it was unexpectedly powerful. It strongly reminded Shiiva on her fluffball's Mega Drain, although it was clearly a different move. Leech Seed? Maybe... Probably.

Seeing what happened though, some ominous foreboding emerged in her. Like, that Cerubi was likely not living in a whitered cherry tree on free will. But all these birds must have prevented it from seeking a new home, with plenty of nutriouns to absorb.

Well, eh, this was a thing she was indeed capable of helping. Bringing that cherrylike Pokemon closer to her, she joined on the glances up to the sky. Occassionally, ther were late Pidgeys crossing the clouds, making their way to their nestes before it'll get dark.

"You see those...? Bad omen." She turned around a little, in direction to the spot Cottonee and Azu were currently resting and awaiting their Master's return. Azu was cuddled up to Cottonee's fluff, enjyoing the comfort it provided. "You also see those? They belong to me. That's right, I'm traveling through the region, I'm just passing though here. However, the stars brough me to you. Indeed, dear one... If you'd be down to join me, I'll protect you from the birds that might come after you. None of those I'm traveling with has anything birdlike." A Togekiss doen't count. It's more a flying being than an actual bird.

"That way, you'll be encounterining plenty of places to drain as many nutriouns from as you want - since we'll be moving on before these could die from draining too much out of them-" Almost she said 'like that sad cherry tree you call your home', but just almost - "none would even care!~ Azu willl be rejoiced to serve as a source for cleam and fresh water to you" - Right, Azurill? "and I'll help you learn Sunny Day so that you'll be able to call for its warmth on your own."

With both her hands occupied by the Cherubi, she wasn't able to draw a free Pokeball just now, though.
