No response from Chansey...she was 100% dazed...good grief...he'd had to sit through examinations by psychic and empathic pokemon before, but this kind of reaction from them was new...
...wait...there was one thing that had happened since the last time he'd done one of these examinations...and that was Mew...
Well, guess that meant it was going to be incredibly difficult for anyone to directly read his mind and/or emotions from now on...
Well then...he could try and book it now...but that would look bad if this officer remembered much of anything after this was said and done...or if anyone in the festival's crowds was watching...he gives the area a quick, subtle scan to see if anyone is watching aside from Proton's grunt...(depending on what he spots, that'll affect his next decision)
