Yeah, considering how similar Reiner and Clairs' personalities are, I'm not surprised she's taking this rather personally.  And his Kingdra knowing Draco Meteor is practically certain to tick her off to no end.  Oh, and the fact that he now has an Extreme Speed Dragonair probably will too if she finds out.  Yeesh...the elders still not passing her on that compassion test of theirs probably still annoys her too, seeing as she still hadn't passed it by the time of the Johto games.

And fair enough on the surprises.  Gotta keep it challenging somehow, right?

Oh, 'ticked off' will be putting it softly as possible when she figures out you have an Extreme Speed Dragon and Draco Meteor Kingdra. 'Murderously Enraged' is not quite right, but she at only 2 or 3 level down from that Anger Point at most, mate. I don't think lives will be lost, but there is a very strong possibility of property damage is things are not negotiated right....
