Don't worry, I took a good break from thinking about it for an hour or so at least (played some LoZ: BotW so I would have to think about other stuff.  Wasn't actually paying attention to the time, either, so...).  It was a good curveball, just one with a lot of careful wording involved because of the nature of it.  

Plus, it helped Reiner realize he might be able to use Trick, so there's that too  

You're not wrong in that too many interesting events can be overwhelming, though.  I definitely agree on that front.  Still, I don't think it's gotten to that point quite yet.

Well, I glad you liked it! If Chancey won the second roll, she and Officer Angelica would have had massive nosebleeds and passed out, forcing you to flee the scene and drop the Big Nugget. How you did so would determine how much Warning Level points you got. Glad that didn't happen!

Oh, and you have a Police Officer under your control now, even though you didn't mean for this to happen! I was expecting you to yank your hand away from the contact or use your psychic awareness to snap them out of it or cut them off from you, but nope, you kept them linked up with each other and YOU, and now you have two pretty sleeper agents, to do with whatever you choose! Hehehe!

Basically, they will hang around that same area in the whole festival, and when you ever want a task done, they will do it to the best of their current abilities. They can divert attention away from you (Reducing Police Scruitiny) , cover up a crime of yours once per day, serve as your personal backup as your control over them strengthens, and even have them do encounters for you after a certain point. They have a Chansey, Golbat, and an Alola Dugtrio as her Pokémon, and have their own items and resources to call upon, at your leisure. You can only have one Mindcontroled person during this campaign, but you accidently choose a pretty good one!
