Mew was oddly silent throughout the whole conversation, not interjecting or making quips at your expense as you explain you new psychic powers and invaritebly brainwashing a couple of poor police officers (Angelica looks a lot like Mercy from Overwatch, just more robust in the thighs, legs, and arms, btw) , before they vocally said "Meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeew...." and put their paws over their eyes in a remarkably human gesture of exasperation. You are not sure if they learned if from your kind, or if it was the other way around, but its meaning was loud and clean to you regardless of tis origin.

All I did when I originally meet you was establish a slight connection between us, nothing that would have lead to this type of transformation! Ugh....maybe Giovanni was right in some aspects. WHATEVER I did to you during our fight when I briefly went out of control- tell Felicia she has my 'thanks' for that -, its caused all sorts of strange and arcane change within the both of us. I'm borderline powerless for a Legendary now, and you seem to be developing all sorts of odd tricks, like the Ability to use Confusion and Calm Mind. Urggg....since you managed to take control of two individuals mind on accident no less when they went digging where they didn't belong, you have ALSO replicated my mental defenses measures as well, so you could probably pull of using the move Trick as well. Graaaah....nothing makes sense about this, I never experienced or encounterd something like this. This is new territory to me as you, Reiner, so there is not much insight I can offer for your situation. All I know to tell you is that you have apparently become the world's strongest Psychic Trainer on top of being a Dragon one SOMEHOW.
If I had to take a shot in the dark, which I do, I say that you can probably use each your new found powers once a day before you burn out like me, so don't go over that limit unless you are a closet masochist. As for you....new allies, you can probably do what I did to people that tried and failed to probe my mind: control them. Right now, since this was a freak accident, your influence is likely weak in them, but its enough to get them to do simple task for you. As time goes by and you continue to exert your power over them, they'll grow more competent and intelligent, until the only way you can tell them apart from someone else is the glowing eyes. Get some sunglasses for the both of them, and that should solve that issue. Problem is....I don't think you just brainwashed them into compliance or following your commands. Since this was just happenstance and both of them remained in contact with your mind for what you described as a LONG time , I think your influence will slowly override their very being until you have someone that is completely and unequivocally loyal, loving, and happy to be your....well, slave really. They'll still be just as intelligent and retain their original personality, and can maintain their old interactions and connection with friends and family just as well....but you will litteraly became the most important person in existence, and will do any and all things you ask of them. If you want them to give you thier Pokémon to you and slit their throat, they would do both with an ecstatic smile on thier face with no hesitation. Ask them to kill thier family and friends, and they won't even ask why, they'll just want to know how you want it done and how quick they must be. The process will be slow, and normally would be reversible if treated early on, but since YOU did this by complete accident somehow, by the time I could teach you how to undo this mess, it would be too late. Haaa....I hope you enjoy Thrawls , Reiner, because you have one for the rest of your life now....'
The divine feline let out an aggrevated sigh at this revelations, her tail lashing back and forth as random objects in the room started to wobble around in response to their power. To say they were displeased by these unexpected surprised drop in both of your laps would be putting it lightly. Meow.
