Contrary to what you believe, Team Rocket what nothing to do with Nuclear Pokémon. Feral, near uncontrollable, and spread toxic fallout that is not only deadly to human, but turns other normal Pokémon into near uncontrollable monsters. It would also get them labeled eco terrorists and threats to national security rather than organized crime group they are now, which the Tohjo League would start hunting down the crime group with EXTREME PREJUDICE. Any person that own a Nucmon is more or less is fully responsible for their actions concerning it, and will be offered up on a silver platter to the League/kicked out of Team Rocket if they screw up with one. @Spiritmon You need to buy some Risuko Berries (Instantly raises Loyalty by 1 Point; Costs $1500 per berry) from the Merchant real quickly if you want to control that atomic abomination quickly!
