@Lord Windos, could we please leave the binders to Nathan?  Taking notes on all 3 is gonna take some time and focus, and it'll be more than enough time for Ventus and Shiva to check the rest of the room.

That is why I put that conditional that if Nathan objected/needed them, Ven would just leave them in in his care instead for the time being. Sorry I didn't make that clear, mate....I'll go change it to make it so.

That's not what I meant.  I mean Nathan has reading through the contents and noting down the information covered, so there's no reason to read through it twice and waste even more time.  That's what Nathan would likely object to, on top of being interrupted in the note taking he started while Ventus was taking pictures.

In that case, Ventus is just going to ignore that objection and take the damn folders with him later. He has already read through them, and Nate has his own notes, so what is the problem of my chara just taking the hard copy/primary source for his own use? If anything THAT is the most efficient action, instead of wasting time writing notes when everyone could read through them later at a much SAFER location.
