[Meta thread] Iron's PokeRole Adventure: The Skull Ruins

She surely does enjoy being helpful to the team in any matter, and has nothing against of a little spotlight after intense, yet bottled-up feelings of being overshadowed and not being taken for full by regular Trainers for the nth time. She already tasted blood during her close battle against Nightshade on the cruise and realized that she DOES enjoy holding a graceful and entertaining battle with audience - practically speaking, what one does in the second round of Contests - however, she is smart enough to not let it get to her head and remain it in healthy degrees. Too much spotlight/attention will likely power her out completely since she neither is used to it, neither desires it, and will likely result in a need to take a few steps back and recover/reenergize by some alone time with or without her Pokemon or Ventus, preferably while being surrounded by mystic or peaceful nature (Fireweed Forest, for example).

But my dear, she looks even more miraculous when flustered...~ *Whispers sweet nothings into Phantom's ears*

Ventus is certainly glad himself that this new surge in leadership has contributed greatly in bolstering Shiva's emotional and mental state, and enjoys seeing her so positive and upbeet despite being trapped in the deep, dark, dire place that is the Scimitar Base. I think Ventus has never really been patronizing or demeaning of her abilities as a battiler, but he does acknowledge that she isn't as oriented towards brawling as he or Nathan is, and that her skills lie towards caring and nurturing a Pokémon's potential outside of battle. You know, like a Breeder/Daycare worker?

As she grows stronger and more competent at battling, and helping the group function as a whole, he's also starting to see her as the unofficial leader of the group, if for no other reason that if anything happens, she's usually responsible or on top of the situation. That, and she's quite clever and mischevious when its suits her, just like the Faries she takes after, making her a great tactician and sabatour. Your witchy charactering growing more and more powerful in the most unexpected ways, and my character is taking notice of this and likes what he's witnessing. After all, don't you like it when someone starts coming into their own right and role, hmmm?

Also, I believe everyone is just about ready to face off against those Pokémon, since we selected who we were using and have a general battle plan is in place, so at least I'm ready when you are , @Iron!
