I didn't know that, but I'm glad the move still proves useful after all! Not very useful on Kyubi right now, unless you want to start to power level either STR or VIT, but Rhyxmeplar or Arbok could get some use out of it! Yay!

Yeah, Rhyxemplar is probably the one who'll get the most out of it.  And he won't suffer too much for it either since his ability would still halve the incoming damage.

Yeap, sticking with single use TMs. Otherwise, Celadon City and the Rocket Casino couldn't keep selling copies to repeat customers! If you want a perma TM, go to Unova etc, since they don't have money on their mind when it comes to TM production...
