Book says it locks the user into the same action sequence for 4 rounds, not a single action, so Arbok would still get off those other actions. And the move has priority, so it'd have to be used as the second action for it to work in round 1.
You do realize that I have to redo rolling for the whole round because of this, mate? And I mean ALL of it, since this revelation gives me an unfair disadvantage as DM, and you guys more advantages that you otherwise would not had have? And that I THOUGHT that it worked the same as it did in the game, judging by how I read the move's description and the way it worked in the games.
If you want me to do this, I'll do it, but I'll have to employ Plan B , which is SIGNIFICANTLY different from this course round, and spend another 2 Hours making a post for this session. My compromise is just have it work like it does in the games and have it last only 2 Rounds, after which it wears off and can't be used on the target again for the rest of the encounter UNLESS they are switched out, since I really don't want to have to redo everything over this blunder of mine.
Like the wind, I come and go as I please... but I am always there to provide a comforting breeze.
