How about this, make it an event poke, but instead of giving it 6 31IVs, give it 6 30 or 0 IVs. Why? Because it would be PERFECT for HP breeding. And would not ruin the point of breeding XD

Problem with that, Monkey, is some people (like me) don't care about HP or getting perfect IV's, as longs as they are relatively high. I'd breed all my Pokémon to be 6 30 IV across the board, as one IV does not make a lot of difference to me. If you go the other route with the 6 0IV duplidunce, It would work, but people who are no hard core breeder would just box it and never let it the sight of the daycare.

If duplicats are going to be an Event Pokémon, the devs are going to have to make very carefully.
