At Shiva's PC, she notices a new Pokemon in the PC! (or a pop-up message for one, rather - you can't just jam a Pokemon into someone else's PC without their permission.) It's just a common Oddish - but it's holding something!
The item held by Oddish is a thickly bound book of sheet music, with a sticky note on it.
"Found this rascal in my garden. I know you like Grass types - I don't know if this counts or not. But it doesn't matter! I don't want him either way. The important thing is the book he's holding. This is a collection of native music from the Hog Peanut/Potato Swamp. Strangely, that swamp contains one of the oldest settlements on Creshire still in existence. This is one of only three original copies of a work by Professor Tupelo, encoding all the music of the native culture into a form playable by...er....civilized humans. Pay attention to that first piece in particular - it's a traditional Hogsong written for flute, such as the one the Skald is currently working on repairing for me! If you don't feel like using this book, feel free to sell it, as it's quite valuable."
SKIRL OF THE SOUTH WIND
Sheet by Professor Tupelo
Performed to me by Archechen "Chichi" Coatlatl
Folk; author unknown
Hum
Breathe
Your breath is the southern wind.
Hum
Breathe
The forests have been thinned.
Cotton
And fruit
Grown tall by summer storm
Cotton
Fruit
Her wool will keep you warm
Hum and breath throughout the mangroves ring
Now bathed in water borne of swamp and spring.
The sleepy hunter watched the sky and grinned
His spirit carried on the breath of southern wind.
Hum
Breathe
The seasons pass us by
Hum
Breathe
See Mother Nature cry
Hum
Breathe
See Mother Nature cry.
