Still, Ventus' child that has been trained specifically to fight and obey his commands from day one. They both love each other to bits, so I hope he'll fight for me regardless of the situation. If they don't, then Ven will discipline Raphael accordingly (After the battle is over) and remind them that they follow their master's orders, despite their sense of right or wrong on the matter. His Pokémon are his family, but they are also his own means of self defense and offense, and have been trained along those lines every since they were captured... He will broke no disobedience on that matter, even for his precious child...

The irony is that Ventus didn't want to expose Raphael to such practices before (stated back during Ventus's first attempt at beating Zamponi when Raphael used Fire Blast...)...*sigh*...yet now it's apparently completely fine for a little over 3 or 4 week old Togekiss to do this kind of stuff...

Times change, mate. As Scimitars become more and more of a problem, and Ventus came up against deadlier threats, something had to give: His and his family/friend's safety, or Raphael innocence. Guess which one the researcher was willing to sacrifice... He didn't want to expose them to such violence and horrible practices, but if its for the greater good (whatever that may be to him)....yeah.
