"I'll battle anyone, anywhere, anytime, under any League variants. You can use items. Fainting or no, your choice.  I'll even do a double battle. I have three Pokemon with me, but you don't have to battle all of them if you don't wish to. My main conditions are that we each get the same number of Pokemon and that I'm not telling you my catches."

Ventus thought over the condition of the fight for a moment, before he smiled to the fisher and gave a nod of his head. "Those terms are more than acceptable then. Since you have 3 Pokemon on your person, how about a 3v3 Single battle between the both of us, with free substitutions/switches at both our discreation and no fainting? I'm willing to put up $1000 for this battle, or offer $200 Poke, 2 Pokeballs, and 2 Potions as salvage; which ever offer is more preferable for you. What do you say?"

(My first choice in this battle will be Apsis, so you can get start on rolling Initiative if they (He or she?) agrees to his offer/terms!)
