Can I use Confuse Ray in Juliet to stop her in shoot that gun? If by any chance that gun is so powerfull like Reiner Gun, we must not let her use. If not I change to Transform.
No, but it WOULD screw with her Aiming rather fiercely, due to being 1. Already Insane , 2. Currently in a near mindless rage , and 3. The fact that its a Ghost type move, and she's using a Psychic Gun. - 5 Accuracy to all her actions if Confuse Ray lands, AND the chance she shoot herself with it, which would be...bad. She has first trainer action, though, since she has the Highest Ini of all Trainers in the fight, so you better hope that her first attack rolls really poorly, mate!
