Reiner puts away the 'smoking' gun and assesses the situation...

Arial's out cold. Gardevoir escaped with BOTH kids and was going to brainwash Joey if at all possible. Who knows where the heck they've gone...and the police were going to be here soon as well...well then, time for the cleanup work. Considering they'd risked life and limb in this fight, the police could probably forgive a fair bit of looting. Spoils of victory and all that, and they had done something the other officers hadn't been able to.
First things first, Reiner looks at Kyubi, since he'd very clearly felt her worry at the dark gun's literal recoil. "Don't worry about me. That hurt, but it's far better than what Arial just experienced...heh...seems he's half decent as a 'body guard' after all. Well, more like a meat shield right now, I guess, but he can work on that, I'm sure."
Second, he goes over to what's left of Juliet to look at T.P.K. Was Mew right? Would he really be able to wield it? He also has to wonder, though...is this how that couple had become so deranged? Maybe Joey would have a chance still after all if that was the case...before he picks it up, he just looks at it, trying to suss out whether it would actually accept him or not...out of all the items, this is the ONE item they could NOT let the police find out about...though if it wouldn't accept him, maybe Arial? Though that could be tricky...
(And after that...)
Reiner also gathers everything he can from Romeo and Juliet. The money, the mega rings and key stones, the wedding rings, the items, Metagross and its Mega Stone...he could split it with Arial later when he was conscious. Well, time to inform the feds about a little of what just happened...and see what the heck Samael was gonna reward them with for saving his life.
(Once we figure out who's getting T.P.K., then we can go on to the police arriving on the scene. Though if T.P.K. would rather be wielded by Arial, it's gonna have to let Reiner hold onto it for the time being...or at least let him hide it in Arial's bag.)
