Order: Raphael will use one Sky Attack and one Air Slash per round (If possible, otherwise just 1) after a Potion has been applied to them in order to wear that Gyarados down QUICKLY. If it wakes up from any means AT ALL, though, it will use either use Encore at the start of the round they wake up to lock them into Hyper Beam, use Yawn once more to put it back to sleep, THEN Charm to tank its potential damage output drastically. If the fisherman uses an Item to wake them up, though, then Encore will be used right away instead of an Sky Attack/Air Slash, they will use Yawn again, and then Charm before moving on to the next round (Pause).
Moves:
So long as Gyarados Remains Asleep:
Sky Attack
Accuracy: DEX (2) + Fight (3) + Channel (3) - 1 Accuracy - 3/4 Actions (One for Charging, and the other to use the move instantly in the same round!) = 3D6 Dice for hit chance
Damage: STR (*1) + 6 + STAB - Vitality (3) = 5D6 Damage
Effect: *Flitched 5* (Due to Serene Grace) , High Critical
Air Slash
Accuracy: 8D6 - 5 Dice = 3D6 Dice
Damage: STR (*1) + 3 + STAB - Vitality (3) = 2D6 Damage
Effect: *Flitch 5* (Due to Serene Grace)
If Gyarados Wakes up....:
Encore
Accuracy: DEX (2) + Fight (3) + Allure (2) - 3 Actions = 4D6
Effect: Forces target to repeat its last sequence of actions in a round for 4 Rounds; In this case, Gyarados only uses Hyper Beam once per round for 4 Rounds!
Yawn
Accuracy: 8D6 - 4 Actions = 4D6
Effect: Known.
Charm
Accuracy: 7D6 - 5 Actions = 2D6
Effect: - 2 STR
