The second was a TM for a quite unusual move: Power Trick, one that has been modified to be able to be taught to any Pokémon.

We sure it was modified in such a way that a human could use it?  I mean, Reiner probably could since he's Psychic, but...

You are sure that the TM can be used in such a way, since Human(s) are technically considered Typeless Pokémon with a practically non-existent movepool by the Corebooks. Since the TM is Moded to work on ANY Pokémon, it would work on human beings as well when it normally wouldn't! You'd probably be able to learn it anyway if it wasn't Omni Unlocked, since you are technically Psychic/Poison Type right now (Mew's Blessing + Flak Jacket; Mega Evo just adds Dark type on you too!) in terms of SE and RE damage modifications, if not STAB utilization in regards to Confusion or Poisonous Weaponry.
