Both of them nodded their head, both duty bound and more than willing to help the ill or disable, before the EMT withdrew a hover stretcher from Pokeball storage and carefully moved the (unknown) madman onto it. Then, just as quickly as they came, the medical officer and their Eeveelution left, their quick but steady steps leading them to one of the local hostpitols/clinics to treat his Will Exhaustion ASAP! The question is, how long will it take?
Arial's Treatment: If he gets a 4-6 on the Chance dice (Vitality Determined Margin of Success/Failure), then he gets up in 1 Encounters with 1 Willpoint, with anything else taking 2 Encounters.

"Their is also the other big criminal that has been terrorizing the city: the Vampire. *Insert Explaination as to who they were here (Since Erika already explained this to Reiner)* Investigation, forensic evidence, and eye witness reports/the survivor all cooberate that the serial killer 'hunt for their prey' between Night and Late Night hours, but doesn't have a set killing area besides vacant streets throughout the city. However, they have a clear target preference: Young exotic Women between the ages 18 - 30 , and vital, tough female targets of all ages. They have been report to own a Shedninja, Beatifly, and one Pokémon that has been unable to be clearly described other than a Big Hulking Pokemon. Its is also said they posses a strange weapon of sorts, but reports vary as to what it exactly is. Their is currently a Rare Pokémon Reward on their heads posted to the private Bounty Hunter's Guild to whoever takes them into their custody, or brings proof of their death.

We don't know what Pokémon they use, where they currently are residing in the city, or what their patrol patterns are, so I can not provide information there. What is known about them, though, extremely strong, brutal fighter that can survive just about any punishment thrown his way, isn't the most Alert or thoughtful person due to their hot blooded nature, and can be easily goaded into acting recklessly if the right or wrong thing is said. They also carrying a Gun designed to pierce natural resistences, and is known to join the fight along side their Pokémon or attack the Trainer/Criminal directly. It is currently known that they are scouring the city for someone in particular, but since they have been reluctant to divulge any information regarding their investigations, my officers have been effectively stonewalled until further notice."
"Agemi Strans, a Mega Evolution demonstrator and Tourist Agent from Kalos, stormed into a Police Station Wednesday Night, traumatized and driven to the point of mental breakdown over being mugged by some criminal using Pyschic or Ghost Pokémon. He's recovering in a sanitarium currently, and is not expected to recover from events in the forseeable future. There have also been other....disturbing reports on the wild Pokémon living in the city. Namely, the recent influx of non-Corrupted Tandorain Nuclear types in Celadon City's in and around Old Industrial Area and mothballed Nuclear Power Research Facility. We don't know who or WHAT caused this even to happen, but we have preparing for the worst by distributing Anti-Radiation supplies in secret to various retailers (Survival Kings is one of them), as well as making a small stock Nuclear Balls at the Department Store, avaliabe only to those that known the password, which is U238-PU192. Keep this quiet for now, as we don't want the public to start panicking over this situation, alright?"
"Finally, their are reports of Clair Arendse coming to Celadon City sometime around Friday Afternoon. She has been noted to be furious, cantankerous, caustic to other, and overall possessing a hair trigger disposition to them. Its also has been reported that she's stocked up with Max Revive and Full Restores, all of them ID locked and hidden on her person, methods to nullify the effectiveness of Critical Hits, and immense Pokémon firepower to blast through almost any target, no matter how bulky it is. She has brought a full team of 6 Pokémon (See Meta Thread for what they are) , has been reported to carrying Key Stones on their person, and is currently armed with a relic of great power of some sort. Nothing more is known about her at this time, other than the fact that she's hunting for someone as well"
