Hmmm...on the note of Heal Block, there's two different implementations:
1. Game implementation is it only affects your enemies
2. Pokerole implementation is it hits EVERYONE at the same time, including you, as it's listed as an AOE as opposed to a spread move
Another key mechanical note is how HP draining attacks are affected. In gens 4-5, you could use the moves, but they won't restore HP. In gens 6+ though, you can't use them at all instead. Everything affected by Heal Block is either flat out can't be used (if it directly restores HP) or won't restore HP at all (usually for passive methods like Aqua Ring, Leech Seed, and Abilities)
