Well I doing a quick search for possible mach with the description for bulk, red, muscular and quadrupde, and the only pokemon who mach is Scolipede, the Bug/Poison Pokemon. Or perhaps its another pokemon but this is the only one I could find. Bulk, red, muscular and quadrupde. Sure he is purple but his shiny form is red

The other key thing Ariana mentioned is that she didn't recognize the pokemon that was used. She'd probably have recognized a Scolipede.  And would have likely remembered if a pokemon was shiny as well...

Meanwhile, the UBs are all about being these mysterious and powerful creatures that nobody except the International Police and Aether Foundation know about the existence of.
