The other key thing Ariana mentioned is that she didn't recognize the pokemon that was used. She'd probably have recognized a Scolipede. And would have likely remembered if a pokemon was shiny as well...
Meanwhile, the UBs are all about being these mysterious and powerful creatures that nobody except the International Police and Aether Foundation know about the existence of.
So..I dont know any other pokemon. So thats bring two theories: Perhaps the Vampire have a Pokemon who is not a bug-type. Because the only Bug-type who is red, quadrupde, bulk and muscular who mach the description is Scolipede. Or perhaps it would be another species of bug-type, perhaps a fan made pokemon from other game? The other candidates who is not bug-type would be Mudsdale, who mach a little in the description and is only native in Alola. And his shiny form have some red colors. But I doubt would be this one. I guess we have to wait until we get more info.
