@miau, you gotta put yourself in other people's places, and set a clear goal. For example, why are you trading? Are you:
A. Just wanna complete pokedex, don't care what you get in return, or
B. Want your Pokemon back so you can use them?
In the first case, since you don't care anyway, just put something up asking for the same thing, and sooner or later, someone else with the same goal is gonna trade you. Not everyone who plays the game signs up on forum, so posting a thread may or may not speed up the process... In the second case, you should then ask yourself, what are you planning to use the Pokemon for? If it's just for story mode/NPCs, then probably using a traded mon is better. Why? Because they gain EXP faster, and IVs/EVs doesn't matter against NPCs. But if your plan is to use these mons competitively, you'd either have to breed them yourself first, and then either ask on forum until you find someone trustworthy OR create a second save and trade yourself.
