"I'll tell ya how I 'charmed' her: saved her life, that's how. That's all there really is to it. She's sticking to me like glue so I can keep her alive, and she can help me stay standing as well, as she's got a few surprises of her own. Though I won't deny that I do think things have been getting rather intense lately. Mitchell, I think I can maybe try to reason with, somehow. If it comes to a battle, I can hopefully win since I've got a couple tricks up my sleeve. The Vampire, I've got a plan to lure out on my terms. Probably tonight. And then there's one other problem to worry about tomorrow, I guess...oh, and those other things...
"Speaking of which, I do have a tiny bit of bad news. The first is my whole dealeo with Archie and the girl: not quite done with that business yet. After this call is done and I've made some preparations, I've got one last loose end to tie up, and I have no choice in the matter but to do it tonight, which means I'm probably going to encounter the Vampire either on the way there or on the way back. The second thing, Mew's not giving me any choice in the matter on. She's obligating me to get a specific area of downtown Celadon checked out, and preferably cleansed if possible. Seems there's some sort of problem with Nuclear pokemon getting loose there, and unless we want Legendaries razing the city to the ground, I gotta go check it out once I'm properly geared up for it. Mew doesn't trust the police and National Guard will be able to handle it given their recent performance. I've got plenty of time to kill, so I'm not too worried about being unable to get everything done. Still plenty of time left before the festival's over, after all.
"Now let's see...an offer to help with this serial killer...hmmm...well, let me tell you a little bit about this Vampire first so you know what you'd be getting into. That survivor had some interesting information for me that she wasn't going to tell the police. First of all, the Vampire is female. Second, she uses three different pokemon: A Shedinja that spams Heal Block, a Beautifly that spams Whirlwind, and some sort of really big, buff, red mystery pokemon that stands on four legs and can punch really hard. Third, she uses Potions, and a lot of them, and ambushes targets from the shadows as frequently as possible. She also only attacks during the dead of night from all the reports I've heard so far. Fourth, she's got a really powerful tazer-like weapon which I believe is likely similar in nature to the guns that Juliet and I pulled out this afternoon. Any target she strikes with the weapon seems to get the strength drained right out of them, and then she and her pokemon get stronger from absorbing that energy. My best guess is she's probably a Bug Type specialist of some kind, so I'd come prepared for that. Now, if you do decide you'd like to help, I won't say no. Between, you, me, Arial, and one other person I intend to bring with us to watch my back while I'm tying up that loose end, we can probably take her down. Preferably bringing her in alive, because that sole survivor is very interested in getting a little payback of her own in before her attacker inevitably dies a very slow, painful death for all the pain she put her victim and her pokemon through."
