U-Turn still give you momentum, Seikamater is bulky and slow, mean switching after opponent move, mean taking the damage for the team mate who come after (nucleon, inflagetah and more). To me : U-Turn have to be on a defensive set.

244 HP (opti Leftovers)
216 Sp.atk (opti modest)
all that remain spread in Def/Sp.def

Point taken.  However, Seikamater is more than able to take a hit even without a large amount of investment, which is why I mention it specifically only for the choiced set initially.  I'll make a small additional note though.
