I just really hope Ventus doesn't screw this up for Nathan, because the end result if that happens isn't going to be pretty at ALL.  Even if Ventus misses Absol completely, Nathan's still going to be extremely cross with him since he gave Ventus every reason he could think of that would indicate interfering with the Absol encounter is an incredibly bad idea...

I hope so too. Whatever the outcome might look like though, Shiva will be there to act as mediator and listener for both sides since just like me, she can see and comprehend both Nathan's and Ventus' points of view on the matter equally and feels that none view is better than the other/both have their reasons to act the way they do. I fear dealing with this all will be emotionally draining for her though, so Gym Battle might possibly not happen on the same day like The Running as I originally aimed and hoped for.
