To give Nylon a chance for that Piloswine and/or Tropus, let's say he did, shall we? Given how determined he seems to be to get that Ice type, just have him chug the Lemonade, roll to see if its conceavable to get Pilo, then have him catch (or try to, to be accurate). If he gets a rare enough Pokémon on his last roll, have him catch it anyway so so that he can barter it away for a Pokémon of his choice. Most likely a Swinub or similar, if that is feasible. At least, that is my two cents on the matter!
