I assume this means we're going with grass types having their 'Powder' immunity instead of pokerole's sleep immunity?

Yes and yes. I think its rather dumb NOT to apply that game mechanic in that instance, as it shuts down an entire Status for a type that normally wouldn't have that privilege. I already think that Electric types, Fire Types, and Ghost types not suffering from Paralysis, Burn, and Block respectively is no Bueno, but I try to adhere to the rules of both Pokerole and the games/material, no matter how inane I find them.
