He problably going to use Seed Bomb again so they need to be prepared for everything. "Sekmet, when Cacturne apear to attack dont loose the chance and use Half-life. This will cut the HP of Cacturne to half. But this time hold your Nuclear Power ok? We dont want to begin a nuclear disaster here, and screw our situation with scientist right?" Sekmet nod undestanding the situation. "After that use Fire Blast. This will certain finish the job or at least cause a serious damage against him. Be prepare for everything!"
