It's not enough to melt the ice, especially since it's still spring outside and it's quite cold in here, but the sunlight does sparkle beautifully on the ice in the entryway.
Soon, Azurill's plan becomes clear: the sunlight is bouncing off the ice, or refracting through it, or clearing shadows, until its dazzling force fills the whole room!
Yet still, it's not enough to melt anything.
