Porygon Z zips over to check out how the door works. Shiva yells for Nathan to call the digiduck back, in case he sends it on the fritz! She needs that steady supply of sunlight.

"Porygon-Z, get back over here and stay with us for now, please! You can check out the door after the battle!"

Nathan doesn't want to outright recall the digital bird if he doesn't have to.  But if he does have to, he'll do it.  Don't need him causing problems at all the wrong times, after all.
