Another piece of info for Phantom: I believe that Glaceon has Ice Shard in its arsenal (If I recall my battle with the frosty fox), so Cherubi might not be staying out in the field for much longer....

I remember his Swinub certainly had it.  I think Glaceon stuck with Powder Snow for the most part.

Edit: Just double checked. They both have Ice Shard, and Glaceon also uses Icy Wind, not powder snow.
