Since you conducted a spar this morning, you are out of Encounters. You can still spend the time, since it's still early in the day, but your Pokemon are too tired to gain XP or find anything unusual.

I've been thinking this is a good time for Noibat to gain some Loyalty, though, so this works out. +1 Loyalty to Noibat if you spend your evening doing that.
