Okay, that came unexpected to her - but Shiva did a fine job not to show any of the - pleasant! - suprise on the outside. They may be Mallorn's...opponents, but the fact that their goods aren't actually illegal AND the vendor seemed to think well enough of them to openly speak out that they'd sell the goods by them here, surely shifts things a little. Like, in that case, she won't have to fear anything from Chresire's League, does she? Leaves enough space to be more cautionous towards something else. 

Oh, and finally she withdrew herself a little from the vendor and stopped whispering, but her expression now was decorated with an appreciating smile. "Thanks. I'll keep in mind what you told me. That's valuable information to me, how about 100$ for the coffee fund for that? Don't tell anyone~"

Looks like they don't ship their goods though, since she never ever heard or even saw of The Almanac home in Castelia. Or they're just clever to not announce themselves and work in the shadows.
