Shiva still keeps observant and mostly silent during this whole scenario, except for a few soft-spoken battle orders when small gestures were not enough to make her Pokemon understand. No emotion of her won the upper hand, dislike for the battle, an eager to go through it nevertheless, a plain hope that it'll indeed help Nathan, fear of what may happen when a winner got crowned, appreciation for the support Ven provided her by not letting go of her hand, tension remaining from her overreaction before the battle even started, and a slight melancholy because here she was seeing first-hand how...weak in battle she actually was compared to her travel companions - everything coexisted, but a push of the right or wrong button would quickly turn things around.
She also realised that Kirlia held a close watch on Nathan, BUT ALSO on themselves. No reaction though, since she wouldn't want to be an open book to the Pokemon right now, nor loose the focus that she needed to keep herself calm currently.
