"We need to move.  Now.   I think that normal looking street is our best bet.  The Vampire doesn't seem to care where her targets are from what I can tell.  And I doubt her current target would be in the run down section of the city...Angelica, Looker, get your Crobat in the skies.  I want nocturnal eyes up there, looking for trouble.  We need to find the Vampire immediately.  That Beautifly of hers has been very trigger happy with Whirlwind, it seems.  Shiinotic, I'll need you to continue lighting up the shadows, and be ready to cripple attackers.  It's not just our lives on the line now.  Felicia, you also continue to keep an eye out."

Reiner quickly hands Mina's bag and items to Emily, and puts her pokemon in a location where he can quickly access them when they find Mina.
